Procedure
Please read carefully the
How to Apply section before you fill
in the following
form and send it back to us, preferably by email, at
contact@trafigurafoundation.com
along with:
- A short summary of your project (2 to 4 pages max. + one-page
summary budget, including the foreseen income
structure);
- A cover letter explaining why you are calling on the
Foundation's financial support and how you think the project can
connect with our office people;
- The statutes of your organization.
At this stage, you do not need
to send us a comprehensive proposal; if your project stirs interest
from the Foundation, we will then indeed ask you for more detailed
information and documents in due time.
Please note that all documents
and correspondence must be in English.
Selection Process
All projects proposals
submitted for funding to the Foundation are first screened by the
executive team, who checks their validity and relevance, and then
formally reviewed by the Foundation Board. The Board makes it
selection based upon an analysis of the proposal against our
criteria and our current priorities. These priorities can either be
geographical or thematic.
The Board meets usually four times a
year. The next meeting is scheduled on 4 October
2010.
All application files
must be received at least 4 weeks before a
Board Meeting.
The current deadline
is 31 August 2010.
Applications received after the
deadline will only be reviewed at the following Board Meeting.
