The Executive Team
The executive team is in charge of the
management of the Foundation, of administering its grants and of
making sure that the funds donated are used transparently and
adequately by their recipients. It also provides guidance and
support to all Trafigura offices and to their employees in their
philanthropic initiatives.

Vincent Faber, Executive Director
A Geophysicist Engineer by background,
graduated from the French Petroleum Institute near Paris, France,
Vincent started his early professional years in the oil business
and further on as a management consultant in a Paris-based
consultancy firm. At the age of 30, Vincent gave a new orientation
to his professional life and entered into an international
humanitarian path. Vincent has since been working for almost 20
years now with some of the world's leading NGOs and international
organizations, both in the field - in the midst of some of the
most dramatic war situations and acute crises of the last
decades - and in headquarter settings, in top executive
positions.
Vincent has worked in a countless number of countries, on all
continents and offers a very wide scope of competence and an
extensive international experience. Thanks to his dual corporate
and NGO professional course, he strongly believes that many
synergies can be found between both worlds and that by joining
forces together, they can make a genuine difference in making our
world a better and fairer one.
Corine Dykmans, Project Assistant
Corine studied languages in Brussels,
Belgium, and graduated as a Translator (English-Spanish-French).
She recently left Liège to settle in Geneva where
she joined the Trafigura Group. Her strong interest in
international developments and the humanitarian world at large led
her naturally to join the Foundation when it was established.
Corine is also the contact person for
all administrative, communication and project-related operational
matters.
